本文从常用的气-固相还原反应速率模型出发,讨论了定量解析程序升温还原(FPR)谱图,求取还原动力学参数的若干方法.在均匀表面的假设下,采用已见报道及本文提出的方法对CuO-ZnO-Al_2O_3型低变催化剂的TPR谱图进行了解析,得到了相互印证的计算结果.并建立了由实验上易获取的参数估算还原活化能的经验公式.在非均匀表面的前提下,提出了解析了PR谱图的计算方法,并指出了均匀表面计算结果与非均匀表面计算结果之间的内在联系.
In this paper, based on the commonly used gas-solid reduction reaction rate model, several methods to quantitatively analyze the temperature-programmed reduction (FPR) spectra and obtain the reduction kinetic parameters are discussed.Under the assumption of homogeneous surface, The proposed method is used to analyze the TPR spectra of CuO-ZnO-Al_2O_3 catalysts and obtain the mutual proof of the calculated results. The empirical formula for estimating the activation energy of reduction is established. On the premise of the surface, the method of calculating the PR spectrum is proposed, and the intrinsic relationship between the calculated result of the uniform surface and the result of the non-uniform surface is pointed out.
