国有企业员工离职率的不断升高,给国有企业人力资源管理带来了严峻考验。员工是国有企业的重要资源,其拥有丰富的经验,是企业创造价值的源泉,因此,如何留住人才是国有企业亟待解决的问题。本文以国有企业员工为对象,研究国有企业员工满意度与离职倾向之间的关系,从而了解国有企业员工离职的深层次原因,为降低员工流失率提供建议。
The continuously rising turnover rate of state-owned enterprises poses a severe test for the management of human resources in state-owned enterprises. Employees are important resources for state-owned enterprises. They have rich experience and are the source of value creation for enterprises. Therefore, how to retain qualified personnel is an urgent problem to be solved by state-owned enterprises. This paper studies the relationship between SOE employee satisfaction and turnover intention in order to understand the deep-seated reasons for SOE employee turnover and provide recommendations for reducing employee turnover rate.
