通过盆栽试验研究钼、硒互作对小白菜产量、钼硒含量累积量和营养品质的影响。结果表明,钼、硒互作能提高小白菜的产量、钼硒含量累积量、维生素C和可溶性糖含量及可溶性蛋白含量,以及降低小白菜硝酸盐含量。试验结果说明,钼、硒互作对促进小白菜钼硒养分吸收以及提高蔬菜营养品质均表现出显著的交互效应在大田生产中可以通过钼硒配施的方式来提高小白菜
Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of molybdenum and selenium interaction on the yield, molybdenum and selenium accumulation and nutritional quality of Chinese cabbage. The results showed that molybdenum and selenium interaction could increase the yield of cabbage, the accumulation of molybdenum and selenium, the contents of soluble sugar and soluble sugar, the content of soluble sugar and the content of soluble sugar and nitrate in cabbage. The results showed that interaction of molybdenum and selenium could promote the absorption of molybdenum and selenium in Chinese cabbage and increase the nutritive quality of vegetables all showed significant interaction effect.
