经济发展推动了科技的进步,网络技术越来越发达。信息化时代背景下,军队转业干部人事档案管理中应格外重视信息的安全性和保密性。但是,在当前的管理模式下,由于客观原因和人为因素的影响,档案管理工作效率很低,已经无法满足新形势下档案管理的实际要求,管理手段亟待革新。本文在详细分析当前军队转业干部人事档案管理现状的基础上,提出了改善管理工作质量的相关建议。
Economic development has promoted the progress of science and technology, and the network technology has become more and more developed. Under the background of information age, special attention should be paid to the security and confidentiality of information in the management of personnel files of military reemployed cadres. However, under the current management mode, due to the influence of objective reasons and human factors, the efficiency of file management is very low, and the actual requirements of file management in the new situation can not be met. The management methods are in urgent need of reform. Based on the detailed analysis of the status quo of personnel files management in current military cadres, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the quality of management.
