分析海绵城市的建设理念及遵循原则,从完善城市生态系统和解决城市洪涝灾害两个角度,阐述构建“海绵城市”的作用和意义,总结海绵城市技术研究。分别以江苏省、常州市、首钢工业区改造为例,提出了平原水网城市重点控制指标和由雨水净化系统,雨水渗透和雨水蓄集利用组成规划方案的技术指标体系。并对海绵城市理念在城市规划及城市建设中实践加以详细论述。最后提出进一步建设海绵城市的构想。
Analysis sponge city construction concept and follow the principle, from the perspective of perfecting the urban ecosystem and resolving the urban flood disaster, elaborating the role and significance of building “sponge city”, summarizes sponge city technology research. Taking the reconstruction of Jiangsu Province, Changzhou City and Shougang Industrial Zone as examples, the paper puts forward the technical index system of key control indicators of plain water network city and the planning scheme composed of rainwater purification system, rainwater infiltration and rainwater accumulation. And sponge city concept in urban planning and urban construction practice to be discussed in detail. Finally put forward the idea of further building a sponge city.
