肝脏畸胎瘤少见,现将我们诊治的成年肝脏巨大畸胎瘤一例报告如下。女,49岁,农民。上腹包块十一年,增长缓慢,无不适。近半年肿块增长迅速,近20余天呼吸不畅,两季肋痛,食量减少,餐后饱胀,于1979年8月23日入院。检查发育良好,消瘦,贫血貌,皮肤及巩膜无黄染,胸腹壁浅静脉可见。心尖音左移至左腋前线,心脏无杂音,节律齐,右肺呼吸音稍低,肝肺界右锁骨中线第三肋间。上腹高度膨隆,可触及 Liver teratocarcinoma rare, now we diagnosed a large adult teratoma of the liver reported as follows.
