红升丹是中医外科临床中常用的外用药物,疗效显著,但可引起汞的吸收及中毒。我们曾对51例外用含红升丹药物的患者进行了尿汞测定,证实凡是在伤口用过红升丹的患者,尿汞值均升高。为进一步研究红升丹的毒性,我们做了动物实验。实验用药为天津市第四中药厂生产的红升丹。一、急性毒性实验 (一)一次经口测定半数致死量(LD_(50)):用小白鼠(体重18～20克)112只,随机分组,共七组,每组16只,雌雄各半,用花生油调配红升丹呈混悬液,每组给药剂量按
Hong Sheng Dan is a commonly used topical medicine in the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine, with a significant effect, but it can cause mercury absorption and poisoning. We conducted a urine mercury test on 51 patients who received a drug containing erythrocdan, confirming that urinary mercury levels were elevated in patients who used erythrocdan in wounds.
