在上海横行一时的强奸、流氓罪犯陈小蒙、胡晓阳、葛志文等六人,最近分别被依法判处死刑和有期徒刑。这件大案的秉公处理,显示了社会主义法律的尊严,在社会上引起了很大的震动,确实是大得人心,大快民意。这伙罪犯的三名主犯中,有两人是高干子弟,同时还披着“新闻记者”的外衣,这又不能不引起人们的议论和思索。在我们共产党领导的社会主义国家,决不允许有不受法律约束的特殊公民。《人民日报》评论员文章说得好:“谁要是以为自己有什么‘靠山’‘后台’就可以践踏法律,欺凌群众,干损害国家和人民利益勾当,那就必定要自食其果!”陈小蒙等罪犯自视特殊,目无法律,为非作歹,罪大恶极,终于被判处死刑。这再一次说明“在法律面前人人平等”的原则正得到贯彻,谁胆敢以身试法,必将落得可耻的下场。 Rape in Shanghai, rogue criminals such as Chen Xiaomeng, Hu Xiaoyang and Ge Zhiwen were recently sentenced to death and fixed-term imprisonment respectively.
