研究丙烯酸酯共聚物酸掺杂聚苯胺与气相白炭黑的复合,对制得的复合粒子的导电性能和微观形态进行分析和探讨。通过微观形态分析可知:聚苯胺对气相白炭黑粒子表面的均匀包覆程度和复合粒子间导电聚合物的粘结情况,都对复合体系导电性能有重要的影响。
The composite of acrylic acid-doped polyaniline and fumed silica was investigated. The conductivity and microstructure of the prepared composite particles were analyzed and discussed. The microscopic morphological analysis shows that the polyaniline uniformly coated on the surface of the fumed silica particles and the adhesion of the conductive polymer between the composite particles all have an important influence on the electrical conductivity of the composite.
