于2012年7月采用静水法测定了盐度(18、23、28、33、38)对莱州湾3种规格泥螺(Bullacta exarata)耗氧率和排氨率的影响。结果表明:盐度、规格以及二者交互作用均对泥螺的耗氧率和排氨率有显著影响(P<0.05);盐度在18~28时,耗氧率及排氨率随着盐度的增加而增大,盐度为28时达峰值,之后,随着盐度的增加而降低;泥螺的软体部干重与单位体重耗氧率及排氨率之间均符合幂函数关系;泥螺的氧氮比值范围为8.38~29.16,在盐度为33时,各实验组均有最大的氧氮比值;根据泥螺的密度计算得出,泥螺分布区氨氮的产生量达66.53 mg N·hm-2·d-1,可能会对同一生态位的生物及莱州湾氮循环产生影响。
In July 2012, the effects of salinity (18,23,28,33,38) on oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of three species Bullacta exarata in Laizhou Bay were determined by hydrostatic method. The results showed that both the salinity, the standard and the interaction between the two had significant effects on the oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate (P <0.05). When the salinity ranged from 18 to 28, the oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate varied with Salinity increased, reaching a peak at 28, and then decreased with salinity increasing. Both the dry weight of body part and the oxygen consumption rate and the ammonia excretion rate per unit body met the power function The ratio of nitrogen and nitrogen of Conch was between 8.38 and 29.16, and the maximum oxygen and nitrogen ratio of each experimental group at the salinity of 33. According to the density of Conch, the amount of ammonia nitrogen reached 66.53 mg N · hm-2 · d-1, may affect the biology of the same niche and the nitrogen cycle of Laizhou Bay.
