目的研究新型自由基清除剂依达拉奉对戊四唑(PTZ)化学性点燃小鼠癫的保护作用。方法建立PIZ化学性点燃小鼠模型,观察依达拉奉对PTZ点燃急性癫大发作和慢性点燃形成进程的影响。结果每天给予依达拉奉10mg/kg腹腔注射显著抑制PTZ慢性点燃癫的发展进程(P<0.05);给予1周依达拉奉10mg/kg腹腔注射对PTZ急性点燃发作级别无明显抑制作用,但能够明显延长发作潜伏期(P<0.05),显著降低小鼠病死率(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉对癫的慢性点燃过程有抑制作用,而对急性癫发作无显著抑制作用,但是能明显延长其发作潜伏期、缩短发作时间及降低病死率。
Objective To study the protective effect of edaravone, a new radical scavenger, on the epilepsy induced by pentylenetetrazol (PTZ) in mice. Methods PIZ chemical ignition mouse model was established to observe the effect of edaravone on PTZ-induced acute epileptic seizures and chronic ignition process. Results Intraperitoneal injection of edaravone 10 mg / kg daily significantly inhibited the progression of PTZ-induced chronic epileptic seizures (P <0.05). One week of 10 mg / kg edaravone administered intraperitoneally did not significantly inhibit the PTZ acute ignition episode It can significantly prolong the onset latency (P <0.05) and significantly reduce the mortality of mice (P <0.05). Conclusion Edaravone can inhibit the chronic ignition process of epilepsy, but has no significant inhibitory effect on acute epileptic seizures, but it can prolong the onset of seizure, shorten the onset time and reduce the mortality.
