为满足人们出行便捷的要求,地铁发展越来越迅速,线路经常穿越改造后的地形,如回填土区等。本文以传统的新奥法为依托,结合回填土段隧道开挖的特点,提出了深回填区隧道防大变形组合初支施工技术:1结合复合衬砌支护的相关措施,加强第一层钢架初期支护+锁脚锚管,以及第二层钢格栅拱架+钢纤维喷射混凝土的综合利用;2加强超前注浆、初支背后回填注浆加固、初支及时封闭成环等支护方法以控制地表下沉;3加强施工过程中的变形监控测量,实时掌控隧道变形,以及时采取相对措施。目前该方案已成功应用于重庆轨道交通十号线上湾路站~环山公园站区间隧道。监测数据显示该区段隧道变形满足设计要求,实践证明此技术是安全可行的。
In order to meet the requirements of people’s conveniences for travel, the MTRC is developing more and more rapidly. The lines often cross the remodeled terrains such as backfill areas. Based on the traditional method of new Austrian law and combined with the characteristics of tunnel excavation in backfill soil section, this paper puts forward the construction technology of the first branch with large deformation prevention in deep backfill tunnel: 1 Combining the relevant measures of composite lining support, strengthening the first layer of steel The initial support + anchor foot anchor pipe, as well as the second layer of steel grating arch + steel fiber shotcrete comprehensive utilization; 2 to strengthen the advance grouting, backfill after the initial support grouting reinforcement, Protection methods to control surface subsidence; 3 to strengthen the construction process of deformation monitoring and measurement, real-time control of tunnel deformation, and timely take relative measures. At present, the program has been successfully applied to Chongqing Rail Transit Line 10 Bay Road Station ~ Central Park Station tunnel. Monitoring data show that the section of the tunnel deformation to meet the design requirements, practice has proved that this technology is safe and feasible.
