了解氯硝柳胺泥敷灭螺后泥土残留药物灭螺和毒鱼情况,评价氯硝柳胺泥敷灭螺的的安全性。方法现场进行0g/m2、4g/m2、6g/m2、8g/m2、10g/m2浓度的氯硝柳胺泥敷灭螺试验,灭螺后7d、15d、30d、90d、180d在每组沟渠中投放活螺和活鱼;同时将试验泥土取回浸泡,配制成各种浓度的溶液,放入活螺和活鱼进行观察,记录钉螺和鱼群的死亡情况,并进行前后比较。结果随着时间的延长,药泥浸出液对鱼类的毒性逐渐变小,15d时对钉螺有40%86%的杀灭作用,但对鱼类仅有10%的毒杀作用。90d后的浸出液已无灭螺和毒鱼作用。结论泥敷灭螺90d以后的泥土残留药物对鱼类较安全。
