目的完成辐照实验装置达到寿期的18枚~(60)Co源安全回收。方法系统地分析了倒装源作业流程存在的风险,对作业过程的安全与防护进行最优化设计。结果在5 m Sv的剂量控制范围内顺利完成倒源并打包成符合放射性物质运输的货包。结论通过优化设计,既防止了放射源失控、人员超剂量照射的潜在风险,又将操作人员的受照剂量降到尽量低的水平。
Objective To finish the 18 ~ (60) Co source safety recovery of the irradiation experiment equipment. The method systematically analyzed the risk of the operation flow of the flip-chip source and optimized the safety and protection of the operation process. The results were successfully inverted and packaged into packages conforming to the transport of radioactive material within a dose control range of 5 mSv. Conclusion By optimizing the design, it not only prevents the radioactive source from falling out of control but also exposes the potential risks of over-dose radiation and reduces the dose of the operator to the lowest possible level.
