目的:建立HPLC测定牡丹皮及非药用部位木心中丹皮酚的含量。方法:色谱柱:Discovery C18 4.6mm×200mm,流动相:甲醇-水(45∶55),流速:0.8mL.min-1,检测波长:274nm。结果:牡丹皮及木心中丹皮酚的含量基本接近结论:该方法简便,重复性好,可作为牡丹皮药材的质量控制方法,也为合理利用牡丹皮这一药材资源提供科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paeonol in Moutan and non-medicinal parts. Method: Column C18 4.6 mm × 200 mm, mobile phase methanol-water (45:55), flow rate 0.8 mL.min-1, detection wavelength 274 nm. Results: The contents of paeonol in the stems of Cortex Moutan and Wood were close to the conclusion. The method was simple and reproducible. It could be used as the quality control method for the medicinal materials of Cortex Moutan and provide the scientific basis for rational utilization of the resources of Cortex Moutan.
