目的:建立一种由(异)补骨脂苷制备(异)补骨脂素的简单、高效的方法。方法:补骨脂经水回流提取,减压浓缩,等量加入3 mol/L的盐酸溶液于100℃条件下反应30 min,所得酸水解液经D101大孔吸附树脂、硅胶纯化得到补骨脂素、异补骨脂素。结果:经高分辨质谱、核磁共振波谱仪分析鉴定为补骨脂素、异补骨脂素,质量分数分别为99.5%、98.7%(产率0.74%、0.62%)。结论:该方法能够简单、快速、高效的制备补骨脂素、异补骨脂素。
Objective: To establish a simple and efficient method for preparing (iso) psoralen from (different) psoralen. METHODS: Psoralen was extracted with water and concentrated under reduced pressure. The reaction was carried out for 30 min under the same reaction conditions at 100 ℃ by adding 3 mol / L hydrochloric acid solution in equal volume. The obtained acid hydrolyzate was purified by D101 macroporous adsorption resin and purified by silica gel Vegetarian, isopsoralen. Results: The psoralen and isopsoralen were identified by high resolution mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The mass fractions were 99.5% and 98.7% (yield 0.74%, 0.62%). Conclusion: This method can prepare psoralen and isopsoralen easily, rapidly and efficiently.
