1987年分局下达我段的生产任务是完成96.6亿吨公里;计划利润(节约金额)120万元。同1986年计划相比,总重吨公里任务和计划利润分别增长21.5%和50%。如此艰巨的任务如何完成?我们采用量本利分析方法,对生产经营活动进行定量控制,达到了提高企业经济效益的目的。根据量本利分析原理,要增加经济效益有这样几种途径:(一)在产量和成本不变的条件下,可以通过提高单价来增加利润;(二)在单价和成本不变的条件下,可以通过增加产量来多创利润;(三)在单价和产量不变的条件下,可以通过降低成本来多创利润;(四)假定单价不变,可以通过提高产量和降低成本来增加利润。
