目的:探讨穴位埋线、中药对绝经后骨质疏松的作用机制,为针灸临床治疗提供实验依据。方法:60只雌性SD大鼠切除卵巢后分为空白组、模型组、埋线组、中药组、综合组、雌二醇组每组各10只。行相应治疗12周后取标本测定各项指标。结果:与模型组相比,各治疗组血清E2、胰岛素样生长因子-(1IGF-1)及骨密度、骨矿含量明显增高(P<0.05),血清粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)含量明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:埋线、中药可延缓去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松的进展,可提升去势大鼠血清E2及IGF-1含量,降低去卵巢大鼠血清GM-CSF、TNF-α含量,使破骨活动减弱,成骨活动增强,起到预防治疗骨质疏松的作用。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of acupoint catgut embedding and traditional Chinese medicine on postmenopausal osteoporosis and provide experimental evidence for the clinical treatment of acupuncture. Methods: Sixty female SD rats were divided into blank group, model group, embedding group, traditional Chinese medicine group, comprehensive group and estradiol group. After 12 weeks of corresponding treatment, samples were taken to determine the indexes. Results: Compared with the model group, serum E2, IGF-1, bone mineral density and bone mineral density in each treatment group were significantly increased (P <0.05) and serum granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor GM-CSF) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were significantly decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Catgut embedding and traditional Chinese medicine can delay the progress of osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats, increase the content of serum E2 and IGF-1 in ovariectomized rats, decrease the content of GM-CSF and TNF-α in ovariectomized rats, Weakened activity, increased osteogenic activity, play a role in prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
