在做好基础教育均衡发展的实践活动中,我以城市优质中学骨干教师的身份被派到城郊一所学校任教。对我而言,所面临的不仅仅是环境的改变,更重要的是如何为学校和学生的发展服务,把基础教育的优质均衡发展从口号变成行动、从理念变为成果。看着这所处于城郊接合部的中学的环境,首先想起的是生源问题。据了解,该校学生由三部分构成,即新市民子女、外来务工人员子女以及中国南车集团下属某厂的职工子弟。与学生聊天得知,他们很少课前预习、课后复习,希望通过课堂学习学
In the practice of balancing the development of basic education, I was sent to a suburb of a school for teaching as a key teacher in urban high school.
