典型案例江西立春坦铌矿,是一家建矿30余年的国有企业,年采矿量约80万吨,在过去,该矿必须使用4台55kw的YQ-150潜孔钻机同时工作,风源供给至少要2台250kW的空压机同时工作,实行214h轮班作业,才能满足矿山开采穿爆要求,操作、维护人员30余人,年钻机穿孔作业耗电量约260万度,电费高达130余万元。2003年,该矿改用1台SWDA165液压潜孔钻机替代4台YQ-150潜孔钻机进行穿孔作业.改用这台装机总容量为240kW的SWDA165液压潜孔钻机后,每天仅需工作一班8小时就可以满足矿山开采穿爆要求,操作、维护仅需6名工作人员。年钻机穿孔作业耗电量仅为60万度左右,电费仅30余万元。该矿山穿爆系统改用SWDA165液压潜孔钻机后,每年仅钻机电耗一项就降低了成本100万余元。
