不维修系统指的是在任务期间发生故障时不采取维修活动的那些系统,飞机整体及其各功能系统可视为不维修系统。本文从组成系统各单元故障模式发生的概率出发,详细研究了基于故障模式影响后果的系统功能状态的可靠性问题,给出了求解不维修系统各功能状态概率的一般方法,提出了适用于多态功能系统分析的拟割集法,说明了拟割集的求解步骤,提出了不完全故障树的概念,说明了不完全故障树与传统的二态故障树的区别;引入模糊集理论,建立了考虑各功能状态影响的可靠性综合评估模型。文中提出的方法适用于多态系统或功能退化系统的可靠性分析与研究。
Failure to repair a system refers to those systems that do not take maintenance activities during a mission failure and that the entire aircraft and its various functional systems can be considered as a non-maintenance system. Based on the probability of failure modes of each unit, the reliability of system function states based on the consequences of failure modes is studied in detail. The general method for solving the failure probability of each function state is given. Quasi-cut set method of state function system analysis, which illustrates the solving steps of quasi-cut set, puts forward the concept of incomplete fault tree, explains the difference between incomplete fault tree and traditional two-state fault tree. Introduces the fuzzy set theory, establishes A comprehensive evaluation model of reliability considering the influence of each function state is presented. The proposed method is suitable for the reliability analysis and research of multi-state systems or degenerative systems.
