Q:您主持的《夜跑》节目,让很多听众从此爱上了马拉松这项运动,能否谈谈您第一次跑马拉松的经历呢?A:我是2014年3月开始跑步的,刚开始目的只是锻炼身体。练习跑了半年,我有幸抽中了广州马拉松的半马比赛,由于当时没有历届的完赛证明,我就又参加了那年的广马测试赛。第一次跑马拉松,经验明显不足,跑到15公里的时候就出现了髋关节疼痛的问题。现在回想起来,只训练半年就参加半马其实还是很危险的,毕竟跑步还是要一步一个脚印的,如果跑量训练多了,跑马就能轻松很多了。
Q: You run the “Night Run” program, so many listeners fell in love with the marathon from this sport, can you talk about your first experience of running a marathon? A: I started running in March 2014, just The beginning is just to exercise. After practicing for half a year, I was fortunate enough to draw a half-horse race in Guangzhou Marathon. As there was no previous certificate of finish at that time, I took part in the Guangma Test Tournament that year. The first time to run a marathon, the experience is obviously inadequate, went 15 km when the problem of hip pain. In retrospect, only half a year training to participate in half a horse is actually very dangerous, after all, running or step by step, if the amount of training more exercise, horse racing will be much easier.
