1989年4月10~11日,我应邀赴英国牛津参加世界卫生组织(WHO)职业卫生处召开的职业接触限值会议。该会议的目的是邀请各国专家帮助回顾在石棉职业接触限值方面目前的认识和研究现状,提出进一步开展工作的建议。 出席会议的有来自英国、美国、加拿大、苏联。日本、土耳其、巴西、尼日利亚、瑞典、法国和我国的14名专家。除会议的组织者外,秘书处的10位成员中还有7名专家。此外,应邀参加会议的还有国际劳工组织(ILO)、职业卫生国际委员会(ICOH)等机构的官员和代表,英国南安普敦综
On April 10-11, 1989, I was invited to Oxford to attend the occupational exposure limit meeting held by the World Health Organization (WHO) Department of Occupational Health. The purpose of the conference was to invite experts from all countries to help review the current state of knowledge and research on asbestos occupational exposure limits and make recommendations for further work. Attend the meeting were from Britain, the United States, Canada, the Soviet Union. Japan, Turkey, Brazil, Nigeria, Sweden, France and China. In addition to the organizers of the conference, there are seven experts out of the 10 members of the secretariat.
