新经济条件下的企业跨国经营必须进行管理创新,以应对生产方式变革和环境变化所带来的前所未有的巨大挑战。企业跨国经营的管理创新主要表现在:(1)企业成长与发展战略应以外部成长的水平一体化为主导,树立合作比竞争更重要的新观念;(2)企业生产组织方式应由规模经济向大规模定制的集约经济转变,发展企业的“弹性生产”,实现敏捷制造和虚拟经营;(3)竞争优势的建立由寡头垄断向暂时性完全垄断发展,由供方垄断向需方
The transnational management of enterprises under the new economic conditions must carry out management innovation in order to cope with the tremendous unprecedented challenges brought by changes in the mode of production and changes in the environment. The management innovation of transnational management of an enterprise mainly manifests itself in the following aspects: (1) The strategy of enterprise growth and development should be led by the integration of the level of external growth, and the new concept of cooperation that is more important than competition; (2) The mode of production and organization of enterprises should be controlled by economies of scale (3) The establishment of competitive advantage from the monopoly to the temporary complete monopoly development monopoly by the supplier to the demand side
