研究了Si对K40S合金凝固过程及显微组织的影响.结果表明,随着Si含量的升高,K40S合 金凝固时界面生长由枝晶生长转向明显的内生生长;Si元素主要在枝晶间或晶界偏析,但当 Si含量升高到一定程度后,枝晶内的浓度逐渐升高而达到显著水平;Si元素对合金中Cr、Ni、W 等元素的分布有影响,进而影响碳化物的形成
The effect of Si on the solidification process and microstructure of K40S alloy was studied. The results show that with the increase of Si content, the interfacial growth of K40S alloy changes from dendritic growth to obvious endogenous growth with the increase of Si content. The Si element mainly segregates between dendrites or grain boundaries. However, when the content of Si increases to a certain degree, The concentration in the crystal gradually increased and reached a significant level; Si elements affect the distribution of Cr, Ni, W and other elements in the alloy, thereby affecting the formation of carbides
