党的十八大和新党章对发展党员工作和党员发展的根本标准做出基本规定。作为医学院校的附属医院，拥有众多高级知识分子和优秀人才，是弘扬医疗卫生职业精神和中国医疗卫生事业改革的主力军。如何把医疗领域中先进分子和优秀人才更多吸收到党内，是党员发展工作的主要目标之一。本文结合中国医务人员的核心价值和职业精神的实际情况，提出了高校医院特色发展党员标准的基本内涵(整体构想、四项基本标准框架)，细化了入党积极分子与发展对象的确定、预备党员接受的具体准则，为开展高校医学院附属医院党员发展模式研究提供政策依据。“,”The18th Party Congressand the new party constitutionhave made basic ruleson developing party members and the fundamental criteria for the development of party members.As affiliated hospitals of medical colleges,the hospi-tals have many senior intellectuals and excellent talents,the talents are the main forceof promoting medical professional spirit and Chinese health care reform.How to absorb moremedical talents to the party,is one of the main goals of party member development work.Combining the core value and professionalism of medical staff’s actual situation,this paper put forward the basic connotation of the party member standard (overall conception,four basic standard framework),re-fine the specific standards of determining the party activists and development object,and accepting the probationary party member,provide policy basisfor research on medical college affiliated hospitals party member development mode.
