黄酮类化合物俗称黄碱素,它是药用植物中广泛存在的一种化合物。各国学者对其生理作用的研究较多。据报导:黄酮类化合物具有杀菌、利尿、降低血压和收缩子宫等33种作用。已知中药中含有黄酮类化合物的有甘草、知母、陈皮、枳实、莞花、黄芩、紫苑、淫羊藿、密蒙花、菊花、蒲黄、槐花米、旋复花、桑寄生、蕺菜等,但这些黄酮类化合物大多系用有机溶剂从原生药中提出,煎剂中是否也有此类化合物的存在,除对槐花米等极少数中药外尚无报导。因此我们选择了105种中药,将其制成煎剂,直接用煎剂进行纸上层析,以证明煎剂中有无黄酮类化合物的存在。
Flavonoids are commonly known as phytohormones, a compound widely found in medicinal plants. Scholars from various countries have studied more on their physiological roles. It has been reported that flavonoids have 33 effects such as sterilization, diuresis, lowering blood pressure, and contracting the uterus. It is known that Chinese medicine contains flavonoids such as licorice, anemarrhena, tangerine peel, citrus aurantium, Guanhua, Astragalus, Aster, Epimedium, Buddleja, chrysanthemum, Puhuang, Amaranthus, Inula , etc., but these flavonoids are mostly raised with organic solvents from the original drug, whether there are such compounds in the presence of decoction, in addition to a small number of Chinese wolfberry rice, there is no report. Therefore, we selected 105 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines and made them into decoctions. We used paper directly to decompose the paper to verify the existence of flavonoids in the decoction.
