4G牌照已经发放,而4G网络距离商用仍有诸多问题需要解决,其中重要的一环就是4G资费的设计。简单来看,这只是关于如何定价的问题,而深层观察,这是关乎4G的网络性能怎样体现,4G的技术特点怎样突出,4G与3G、2G怎样并存,甚至运营商未来地位如何的重要问题。即便在流量经营已经成为共识的今天,怎样利用资费作为杠杆更好地推动流量经营,仍然是亟待探索的话题。
