一、重视三次备课,增强教学设计有效性课程标准是教学的依据,课本是教学的主要素材。教师只有认真学习课程标准、吃透教材,才能准确把握课堂教学的目的要求,才能在教学中做到有的放矢。在课堂教学中,相同的课程标准和教材,不同的教师对同一教学内容的理解和处理不同,个人备课时设计的教学方案也就有所不同,教学效果肯定会有差别。所以除反复试验和研究以外,还要经常与同行进行交流,扬长补短,以提高个人教学水平。课堂教学也不例外,上好课的前提是备好课。而个人的认识和能力毕竟有限,这就要充分发挥备课组的作用。
