本文着重分析了钛合金TC4进行小孔攻丝困难的主要原因;设计并试制了用于钛合金小孔(通孔)攻丝的新型齿形角修正了的丝锥。经过几种丝锥使用不同切削液的切削试验表明,切削锥角(?)=7°30′的M6×1的修正齿丝锥并用4901极压切削液,攻丝总扭矩比标准丝锥可降低70%左右,攻制螺纹质量完全合乎要求,且效果十分显著。
This article focuses on the analysis of the main reasons for difficult tapping of titanium alloy TC4 and the design and manufacture of a new tap with a modified tooth profile for the tapping of titanium alloy through holes.
