目的:对X线透视下经口插管联合经皮穿刺胃造瘘术的临床应用价值及效果分析。方法:选择我院2008年3月~2010年8月收治的11例长期不能经口饮食、胃肠道功能正常的患者,行透视引导下经口插管联合经皮穿刺胃造瘘术。结果:所有患者均造瘘成功,均于2天后经造瘘管投入营养剂或适合病人的流质食物,术后2例出现造瘘口局部皮肤红肿、感染征象,局部消毒,抗炎治疗后好转,1例发生导管堵塞,经引入导丝、冲洗疏通,1例脱管,重置一双腔导尿管未再脱管;所有患者营养状况均得到不同程度改善。结论:透视下经皮穿刺胃造瘘术具有创伤小、安全有效、操作简单等特点,为长期不能经口饮食患者提供了一个营养支持的新途径。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical value and effect of percutaneous intubation combined with percutaneous gastrostomy under X-ray fluoroscopy. Methods: A total of 11 patients with long-term gastrointestinal dysfunction and normal gastrointestinal function who were admitted to our hospital from March 2008 to August 2010 underwent percutaneous intratracheal gastrostomy guided by fluoroscopic guidance. Results: All the patients were successful in fistula. After 2 days, the patients were given nutrient solution or liquid food suitable for the patients. After 2 days, local skin fistula showed signs of infection, local disinfection and anti-inflammatory treatment. 1 case of catheter blockage, the introduction of guide wire, flushing clear, 1 case of detachment, reset a double-lumen catheter no further detachment; all patients nutritional status have been improved to varying degrees. Conclusion: Percutaneous gastrostomy with percutaneous gastrostomy is characterized by less trauma, safety and efficacy, simple operation and so on. It provides a new way of nutritional support for patients who can not orally diet for a long time.
