本文以酸性离子液体1-甲基-3-丁基咪唑硫酸氢盐([BMIm]HSO4)为催化剂和萃取剂,过氧化氢为氧化剂,催化氧化噻吩。结果显示,当离子液体用量为3g/5mL模型油、反应温度为70℃、氧硫摩尔比为3、反应时间30min时,噻吩的转化率可以达到100%。离子液体回收再使用3次,催化活性仅略有下降。
In this paper, 1-methyl-3-butylimidazolium bisulfate ([BMIm] HSO4) was used as the catalyst and extractant and hydrogen peroxide as oxidant to catalyze the oxidation of thiophene. The results showed that the conversion of thiophene could reach 100% when the dosage of ionic liquid was 3g / 5mL, the reaction temperature was 70 ℃, the molar ratio of oxygen to sulfur was 3 and the reaction time was 30min. The ionic liquid was recycled for 3 additional uses, with only a slight decrease in catalytic activity.
