Quality education is based on the actual needs of people and social development, in order to comprehensively improve the basic quality of all students as the fundamental purpose, to respect the students’ subjective position and initiative, pay attention to the development of human potential, pay attention to the formation of a healthy personality as the basic characteristics education. Compared with the exam-oriented education, it is more in line with the law of education, the higher the requirement, the harder it is. Almost all the schools in the concrete implementation process are “walking across the river by feeling the stones.” Some teachers have a vague understanding of the nature of quality education, resulting in various deviations in the specific teaching process. In our secondary school, mainly in the following areas, I temporarily put it down to “four ≠.” First, the education of books ≠ quality education With the reform of the enrollment system, secondary school enrollment has been greatly worse, in some places secondary school has no admission scores, as long as volunteer will be able to admit. The ensuing negative impact is the general decline in the cultural quality of secondary school students, and syllabus and textbooks did not reduce the requirement, or the original set, which gives the teaching of secondary school teachers to bring a certain degree of difficulty, Like math class, some teachers have felt almost impossible to start class, resulting in students tired of learning, the teacher tired of teaching phenomenon. In today’s implementation of quality education, some teachers also think that if quality education is book education, the main task of teachers is to impart knowledge on books to students, so in teaching, they must feel confused and overwhelmed. In fact, for quality-oriented education, Dr. Mayall, the Director-General of UNESCO, once said that educating students not only allows students to “learn knowledge” but also enables them to “learn how to behave, learn to live and learn to get along with others.” because
