为研究粘贴加固混凝土梁疲劳性能,以评价粘贴加固技术的长期加固效果,进行了1根粘钢加固梁、1根CFRP加固混凝土梁及1根对比梁的疲劳试验和非线性有限元分析。研究表明:在钢板与混凝土粘结完好情况下,与CFRP加固相比,粘贴钢板加固较大地提高了梁的刚度;与未加固梁相比,CFRP加固混凝土梁的疲劳寿命提高了约54.8%,粘钢加固梁疲劳寿命反而降低了15.2%。本次试验中CFRP加固的长期加固效果比钢板加固好。
In order to study the fatigue behavior of concrete beams strengthened with Paste and to evaluate the long-term reinforcement effect of Paste reinforcement technology, the fatigue tests and nonlinear finite element analysis of one steel-reinforced beam, one CFRP-reinforced concrete beam and one comparative beam were carried out. The results show that compared with CFRP, the stiffness of the bonded steel plate increases greatly when compared with the CFRP. The fatigue life of the CFRP reinforced concrete beam increases about 54.8% compared with the un-strengthened beam. , But the fatigue life of the bonded steel reinforced beams decreased by 15.2% instead. The long-term reinforcement effect of CFRP reinforcement in this test is better than steel reinforcement.
