The expanded design of the “Einaudi” Technical Commercial Institute in Chiari, Italy, is intended to be in sharp contrast to the original buildings of the College and to optimize summer and winter energy efficiency to make it A model of continuous construction. The project uses a mix of construction techniques: load-bearing steel and pressure steel concrete floor, internal and external color steel sandwich panel multi-layer dry construction technology. At the same time, photovoltaic systems are used, as well as ground-source heat pump systems that provide energy for radiant heating and cooling floors.
