缺血缺氧可引起血脑屏障的功能紊乱,在脑缺血损伤后的不同时间段内,ZO-1表达也有明显差异,因而研究ZO-1蛋白的结构、缺氧状态下的基因表达、功能变化和与之有关的信号转导等对了解缺血缺氧情况下血脑屏障的选择性开放机制有着深远的意义,也将为临床防治缺氧缺血性脑损伤提供新的思路。
