目的通过对西湖区2013年-2014年食源性疾病哨点医院监测结果进行分析,了解该地区食源性疾病的特点和发生规律。方法对2013年-2014年食源性疾病病例进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2年西湖区共上报肠道门诊病例1 835例,采集粪便样本1 698例,样本中共检出48株致病菌,检出率为2.8%,其中副溶血性弧菌40株,沙门菌5株,志贺菌3株;病例中25岁~34岁年龄组人数最多,占29.1%;5月-10月食源性疾病高发;临床表现以腹泻为主,肉及肉制品类食品是主要的原因食品。结论西湖区食源性疾病病原主要为副溶血性弧菌,西湖区食源性疾病监测能一定程度地反映目前食源性疾病的发生状况,应继续加强监测,有效防止食源性疾病的发生。
Objective To analyze the monitoring results of sentinel food-borne diseases hospitals in West Lake District from 2013 to 2014 so as to understand the characteristics and occurrence rules of food-borne diseases in this area. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis of food-borne diseases in 2013-2014 was conducted. Results A total of 1 835 cases of intestinal outpatients were reported in Xihu District during the past 2 years. A total of 1 698 stool samples were collected. 48 strains of pathogens were detected in the sample, with a detection rate of 2.8%. Among them, 40 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, 5 strains, Shigella 3 strains; cases in the 25-year-old age group 34, accounting for 29.1%; May-October high incidence of foodborne diseases; clinical manifestations of diarrhea, meat and meat products is The main reason food. Conclusion The pathogen of foodborne diseases in Xihu District is mainly Vibrio parahaemolyticus. The monitoring of foodborne diseases in the West Lake District can reflect the current status of foodborne diseases to a certain extent. Monitoring should be continued to prevent foodborne diseases effectively .
