目的探讨糖尿病周围神经病变采用红外线照射联合常规方法治疗的临床疗效。方法 60例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,随机分为红外线联合药物治疗组与药物治疗组,每组30例。药物治疗组患者给予常规药物治疗,红外线联合药物治疗组患者在对照组基础上联合采用红外线照射治疗,观察两组临床效果。结果红外线联合药物治疗组患者总有效率和神经传导速度改善情况显著高于药物治疗组(P<0.05)。结论红外线照射治疗对于治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有积极的效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of infrared irradiation combined with routine treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods Sixty patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into three groups: IR combined with drug treatment group and drug treatment group, 30 cases in each group. The patients in the drug treatment group were given conventional drug treatment. The patients in the infrared combined drug treatment group were treated with infrared radiation on the basis of the control group, and the clinical effects were observed. Results The total effective rate and nerve conduction velocity of patients in the combination therapy group were significantly higher than those in the drug treatment group (P <0.05). Conclusion Infrared radiation therapy has a positive effect on the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
