目的建立测定新磺棕口服混悬液中磺胺甲噁唑和甲氧苄胺嘧啶含量的方法。方法采用双波长分光光度法,在256.2nm、304nm、238.4nm和295nm波长处测定其吸光度,并计算含量。结果磺胺甲噁唑和甲氧苄胺嘧啶检测浓度的线性范围分别为3.80~16.20μg/m(lr=0.9883),5.85~30.10μg/m(lr=0.9964);平均回收率分别为SMZ:97.93%(RSD=0.04%,n=5),TMP:99.55%(RSD=0.01%,n=5)。结论本法操作简便、快速、准确,可用于该制剂中主药的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim in the oral suspension of nesulphamine. Methods Two-wavelength spectrophotometry was used to determine the absorbance at 256.2nm, 304nm, 238.4nm and 295nm and calculate the content. Results The linear ranges of sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim were 3.80 ~ 16.20μg / m (lr = 0.9883) and 5.85 ~ 30.10μg / m (lr = 0.9964) .The average recoveries were respectively SMZ: 97.93 % (RSD = 0.04%, n = 5), TMP: 99.55% (RSD = 0.01%, n = 5). Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used for the determination of the main drug in the preparation.
