以富含Ni、Fe等重金属元素的电镀污泥为主要原料、页岩为校正材料制备防辐射功能集料,探讨了生料组成、升温速率、煅烧温度、冷却制度等因素对集料的防辐射性能、抗压强度以及表观密度的影响机理,提出了污泥与页岩制备防辐射功能集料的适宜配比和烧成制度。制备出的防辐射功能集料对0.662 Me V的γ射线线衰弱系数可达0.20 cm-1以上、抗压强度达25.2 MPa以上、表观密度在2.4~3.0×103kg/cm3之间,其重金属浸出浓度符合GB5085.3—2007《危险废物鉴别标准-浸出毒性鉴别》国家标准要求。
