基于缓倾斜突出煤层的传统石门揭煤技术中存在的穿越石门、煤门距离长、突出危险性大等问题,深入探讨了构造石门顶(底)板法石门揭煤技术。结合薛湖煤矿二2突出煤层2108风巷揭煤具体情况,应用构造顶板石门揭煤工艺,详细讨论了施工过程中应注意的关键环节。实践证明,构造顶(底)板法能够有效安全地揭穿高瓦斯缓倾斜突出煤层。
In view of the problems such as the crossing stone door, the long distance of coal door and the high prominent danger in the conventional crosscutting coal seam technology with gently inclined coal seam, the technology of exposing the stone door with the stone top (bottom) plate method in depth is discussed. Combining with the actual situation of 2108 wind tunnel in XII coal seam of Xuehu coal mine, the key links in the construction process are discussed in detail by using the technique of exposing coal by structural roof slab. Practice has proved that the construction of top (bottom) plate method can effectively and safely expose the high-gas gently inclined coal seam.
