力量素质是舞蹈身体素质中一项重要的素质,是舞蹈动作的基础。科学认知和分析身体力量素质及其重要性,有利于促进高校舞蹈形体课的教学,在科学理论的指导下,根据学生的具体情况,运用科学的训练方法和手段发展学生的力量素质对提高和掌握舞蹈动作技术水平具有重要作用。高校舞蹈形体课的力量素质训练是学生舞蹈身体素质训练的首要因素,力量素质的发展有利于学生柔韧、速度、灵敏及耐力等身体其它素质的提高。
