1996年到2000年,我国集成电路产业的年销售额平均增长率超过47%,是同期GDP增长速度的6倍。2000年全行业实现销售收入200亿元,产量达到58.8亿块。根据规划2002年到2005年中国集成电路产业销售的年均增长至为30%,超过世界的年均增长率;集成电路产量要达到200亿块,销售额达到600亿800亿元,约占届时世界市场份额的2%～3%,满足国内市场需求的30%。
