对于港口集装箱装卸机械来说,其吊具挂舱保护液压系统对整机起着重要的安全保护作用。如果在实际的集装箱装卸作业过程中出现吊具在船舱内的挂舱现象,需要该液压系统在0.3~0.5 s之间快速反应卸载,使整机获得可靠的安全保护。该文在分析了吊具挂舱保护液压系统工作原理的基础上,用AMESim软件对该液压系统进行了仿真,仿真结果表明该系统快速卸载的效果好,完全能满足挂舱时对整机安全保护的要求。
For the port container handling machinery, the spreader hanging tank protection hydraulic system plays an important safety protection. If during the actual loading and unloading operation of a container, the spreader hangs in the cabin, the hydraulic system needs to react quickly and unload between 0.3 and 0.5 s so that the whole machine can obtain reliable safety protection. Based on the analysis of the working principle of the hoist protection hydraulic system, the hydraulic system is simulated by AMESim software.
