针对知识服务中考虑语言关联性信息的知识供需双边匹配决策问题,提出了一种决策分析方法。为了解决该问题,首先明晰了知识供需主体的语言满意度评价指标会在不同程度上存在关联的问题特征,并进行了形式化的描述;然后,考虑供需匹配主体语言满意度评价信息的关联性特征,定义了语言Choquet积分算子,给出了一种基于语言Choquet积分算子的多属性决策方法来获得匹配主体的匹配满意度;最后,根据匹配的目标要求构建了多目标优化模型,通过模型求解来获得知识服务中的双边匹配结果;最后,通过实例分析说明了本文给出方法的可行性和实用性。
Aiming at the decision-making problem of bilateral matching of supply and demand in knowledge service considering linguistic relevancy information, a decision analysis method is proposed. In order to solve this problem, firstly, it is clarified that the index of linguistic satisfaction of knowledge supply and demand parties will be related to some extent in terms of the characteristics of the problems and the formal description will be made. Then, the relevancy Features, the language Choquet integral operator is defined, and a multi-attribute decision making method based on the language Choquet integral operator is given to obtain the matching satisfaction degree of the matching subject. Finally, a multi-objective optimization model is constructed according to the matching target requirements, Model solution to obtain the bilateral matching results in the knowledge service. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the feasibility and practicability of the proposed method.
