目的 :探讨 HIFU生物学焦域在不同深度的牛肝组织中与治疗剂量的定量关系。方法 :探头频率为1.0 MHz在相同治疗剂量时 ,定位损伤不同深度的新鲜离体牛肝 ,测量并比较损伤灶的体积。结果 :生物学焦域的体积随治疗深度的增加而减小。结论 :HIFU生物学焦域体积随治疗深度的增加呈指数规律递减 ,VBFR=1738.2 e- 0 .394 8D。
Objective: To investigate the quantitative relationship between the dose of HIFU and the treatment dose in different depths of bovine liver tissue. METHODS: At a frequency of 1.0 MHz at the same therapeutic dose, freshly isolated bovine livers with different depths of damage were located, and the volume of lesions was measured and compared. RESULTS: The volume of the biological coke domain decreased as the depth of treatment increased. Conclusion: The volume of biological focal region of HIFU decreases exponentially with the increase of treatment depth, VBFR=1738.2 e- 0.394 8D.
