目的:观察高脂饮食条件下,糖尿病大鼠心肌细胞中脂质沉积及心肌细胞凋亡情况。方法:以高脂喂养糖尿病大鼠为研究对象,分别观察糖尿病组和对照组 NO、NEPA、TG、TC、LDL、HDL、TC、心肌 iNOS、心肌细胞凋亡百分率和脂质在心肌细胞中沉积情况。结果:糖尿病组血糖、NO、NEFA、TG、TC、心肌 iNOS、心肌细胞凋亡百分率明显高于对照组,有统计学意义;病理学检查发现,糖尿病组大鼠心肌细胞中有大量脂质沉积。结论:高脂喂养可导致糖尿病大鼠心肌细胞中沉积大量脂质,同时出现心肌凋亡增加。
Objective: To observe the lipid deposition and cardiomyocyte apoptosis in diabetic rat cardiac myocytes under high-fat diet. Methods: Diabetic rats were fed with high fat diet. The NO, NEPA, TG, TC, LDL, HDL, TC, iNOS, the percentage of cardiomyocyte apoptosis and the deposition of lipid in cardiomyocytes of diabetic group and control group were observed Happening. Results: The percentage of apoptosis in diabetic group was significantly higher than that in control group, while the levels of NO, NEFA, TG, TC, iNOS and cardiomyocyte apoptosis in diabetic group were significantly higher than those in control group. Pathological examination showed that there was a large amount of lipid deposition in myocardial cells of diabetic rats . Conclusion: High-fat diet can induce a large number of lipid deposition in myocardial cells of diabetic rats, meanwhile, myocardial apoptosis increased.
