目的 :观察手舟骨与月骨间的舟月骨间韧带的解剖学结构和分布特点 ,探讨其对舟月骨间关节稳定性的作用。方法 :采用 2 2只成人尸体标本 ,在解剖显微镜下观察舟月骨间韧带的大体形态、长度变化、与腕囊内韧带的关系和在舟月骨上的附着点的位置及宽度。结果 :舟月骨间韧带分成掌侧部、近侧部和背侧部 ,其掌背侧部以致密纤维结构为主 ,但近侧部显示有纤维软骨样成份。此韧带和桡舟头韧带、桡舟月韧带及腕背侧横韧带有联系 ,舟月骨间韧带对舟月骨间关节稳定性起作用 ,以掌背侧部的稳定作用为主。结论 :舟月骨间韧带结构特殊 ,对舟月骨间关节稳定性起决定性作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the anatomical structure and distribution characteristics of the scapholunate scaphoid between the scaphoid and the lunar bone, and to explore its effect on the stability of the scapholunate joint. Methods: Twenty-two adult cadaver specimens were used to observe the general shape and length of the interosseous ligaments and their relationship with the ligaments in the wrist and the position and width of the attachment points on the scapholunate. Results: The scapholunate ligament was divided into palm side, proximal part and dorsal part. The dorsal part of the scapholunate was mainly composed of dense fibrous structures, but the proximal part showed fibrous cartilage-like components. The ligaments and radial patellar ligament, radial scapholunate ligaments and dorsal transverse ligaments, scapholunate ligaments on the stability of the scapholunate joints play a stabilizing role in the dorsal palmar. Conclusion: The special structure of the interosseous cervical ligament plays a decisive role in the stability of the interosseous joint.
