临床及实验研究均表明:心肌缺血是引起心肌收缩力学性能异常的最常见原因之一。在心肌缺血状态下,区域心肌功能较总的左室功能更不稳定;区域心肌收缩力学性能的异常可以对整个左室功能产生不利的影响。而迄今为止对于急性心肌缺血性损伤过程中非缺血区心肌收缩力学性能的变化尚存有争议。因此,本研究采用直接的心肌张力测定及其推导指标观察了急性心肌缺血期间左室缺血区和非缺血区心肌收缩力学性能的变化及电针“内关”穴的影响。
Clinical and experimental studies have shown that: myocardial ischemia is one of the most common causes of abnormal myocardial contractility. In myocardial ischemia, regional myocardial function than the general left ventricular function more unstable; regional myocardial contractility mechanical properties can have an adverse effect on the entire left ventricular function. Up to now, there is still controversy about the change of the contractile mechanical properties of non-ischemic myocardium during acute myocardial ischemic injury. Therefore, in this study, direct myocardial tension measurement and its derivation index were used to observe the change of contractile mechanical properties of left ventricular ischemic and non-ischemic myocardium and the effect of electroacupuncture at “Neiguan” points during acute myocardial ischemia.
