1研究内容利用传感器改装收割机割台液压升降装置,使安装在收割机割台上的传感器能够准确测得割台与行驶路面之间的距离,利用PLD工作原理,编辑逻辑程序,对探测到的数据进行收集,分析,处理并发出指令给收割机割台液压升降系统,使割台自动升降,保持与行驶路面适当距离,避免割台在行驶或收割作业过程中遇到凹凸不平路面时发生与地面相碰现象,造成不必要的经济损失,同时可以提高收割效率,有利于下一季精确收割,精确播种,避免浪费。从而为收割机割台的研制与改装提供理论与实践支持。
